Testament Legacy

Testament Legacy is a two-parts VN set in a harsh 2491. It tells the story of a group of soldiers trying to unveil the mystery surrounding dangerous creatures simply known as red-eyes. The setting is a cool blend of different well-established genres, like post-apocalyptic, Sci-Fi, and Cyberpunk. To sum it in one single sentence, it's "The rise and fall of mankind".

The project has been cancelled. There won't be a second chapter. Support for the current version will last until 2024-05-31.

Features:

• It's long! With 90k words, you're sure to have at minimum 10 hours of game with a flawless playthrough. About 20 if you 100% it. (This may vary based on how fast you read and your attention to detail)
• Characters and NPC have complex stories and personalities and interact in a mature manner.
•  5 different romances + 1 extra in chapter 2.
•  Choices. In TL, choices don't put you on a different branch. Rather, their outcomes stack together to determine wheter you get to the end of the trunk. 
• A fairly large cast: MC's squad is made of 8 (+1) people, and there are around 20 NPCs.
• Difficulty selection: you can focus on the story and have the best choices marked for you, or you can dive into hardcore mode and have one single save file and unrollbackable choices.
• Extremely detailed world building and lore. More side stories and spinoffs are already storyboarded!
 

Warnings:

• The only supported language is english. I have no immediate plans for translations, but if you'd like to do it yourself for some reason, contact me!
• Although it's not the main focus, the game contains all kinds of violence, so gamer discretion is strongly advised.
• Multi gender is not supported. The main and narrating character is a MALE.

Future plans:

TL Chapter 2 will close the main plot and the romance plots. It will be as long as the first chapter, if not even longer. The expected release date will depend on the available budget, and the sheer number of people involved in the project to get things done. Assuming no changes to the current lineup, an estimate will be 06/2025. The price will change to reflect the additional content, but who purchased chapter 1 will simply be able to download the new version and start where they left off at no additional charges!

Based on how will TL be received, I will write and release the following spinoffs/sequels as separate (shorter) games:
